Campania, Sicily & Umbria
Tomatoes, Preserves & Delicacies
San Marzano tomatoes from the volcanic soils of Campania. Sicilian pistachios and saffron. Umbrian lentils and legumes. Preserved anchovies and bottarga. The rare and the regional — foods that carry the identity of their territory in every jar.
Our standard
DOP and IGP certified where applicable. Small-batch production.
The category we call Specialties is, in truth, the heart of Italian food culture: the preserved, the pickled, the dried, the cured — the foods that define regional identity and that no Italian kitchen is without. San Marzano tomatoes from the volcanic soils below Vesuvius. Sicilian pistachios from Bronte. Saffron from Abruzzo. Bottarga from Sardinia. These are not condiments. They are ingredients with centuries of history and a specificity of flavour that cannot be replicated elsewhere.
What defines this category
How we select
Every specialty product in the collection carries either a DOP, IGP, or equivalent certification of origin where applicable. We do not offer generic Italian specialties — only those with documented provenance.
Our producers
Our specialty producers are spread across Italy's most distinctive food territories: the volcanic plains of Campania, the pistachio groves of Sicily, the fishing villages of the Amalfi coast, and the salt flats of Sardinia.
