Rare Italian Truffles

Molise, Campania, Umbria & Piemonte

Sourced from the forests of Campania's Parco del Matese, Molise, and Umbria — territories where truffle hunting is a tradition passed through generations. We offer fresh seasonal truffles and refined truffle specialties from producers who have worked these lands for decades.

Our standard

Fresh black and white truffles in season. Preserved truffle products year-round.

The truffle is perhaps the most uncompromising luxury in Italian food. It cannot be farmed in the conventional sense. It cannot be rushed. It grows where it chooses, when it chooses, and reveals itself only to those who know where and how to look. Our truffle producers are hunters and custodians — families who have worked the same forests for generations, who understand the land intimately, and who bring to market only what the season offers.

What defines this category

Fresh black truffles (Tuber melanosporum) in winter season
Fresh white truffles (Tuber magnatum) in autumn
Preserved truffle products available year-round
Sourced from Molise, Campania, Umbria, and Piemonte
Harvested by families with generational knowledge

How we select

Fresh truffles are seasonal and available in limited quantities. We work directly with hunters to ensure that what we offer is genuinely fresh, properly graded, and representative of the season's best.

Our producers

Our primary truffle relationships are in Campania's Parco del Matese, the hills of Molise, the oak and hazelnut woodlands of Umbria, and the celebrated truffle territories of Piemonte — territories with long traditions of truffle hunting that predate modern gastronomy.
